PURPOSE:To mix refractory particles thoroughly without irregularity and to improve molding efficiency by providing injecting nozzles, multivane type sand mill mechanisms and a booster to the spraying gun in the lower part of a tank for supplying the refractory particles. CONSTITUTION:Refractory particles are charged from a hopper 24 into a tank 21 for supplying said materials at a constant rate, and a gate 25 is closed, then compressed air A is blown into the tank. At the same time, a spraying gun 22 is operated to rotate rotary vanes 30 to mix the particles under injection of a hardener and if necessary a hardening accelerator through an injecting nozzle 26 and a binder through an injecting nozzle 27, respectively. Further, compressed air B is blown into the nozzle through a booster 31 to spray the mixed system sand through the gun 22 and through a blasting hose 23 onto the surfaces of patterns, whereby spray molding is accomplished. |
