PURPOSE:To obtain a titled equipment which is capable of preventing disorder of looding state in case when a wire rod coil changes a conveyor, by constituting it so that a wire rod formed like a coil after hot rolling is dropped onto a rear conveyor through an intermediate wire rod coil supporting member from a front conveyor. CONSTITUTION:A hot rolling wire rod 1 is formed like a ring by a laying head 2, and is formed like a loose coil which has shifted the center of the wire rod 1 by a prescribed pitch by a front conveyor 3. Subsequently, this wire rod coil is held by a coil holding plate 6 provided between the conveyor 3 and a step difference H of a rear conveyor 5, and after a constant interval of time has passed, its holding is released instantaneously, and said wire rod coil is patented in a state that it has been placed on the rear conveyor 5 as it remains held horizontally. In this regard, said holding plate 6 is constituted so that it can be released intantaneously by an opening and closing operation link 7 when necessary. As a result, the tip of the wire rod is shifted to the following conveyor stably, and a stable production can be continued. |
