The method produces a foundation floor for a tunnel or underground structure without having to lower the water table, forming watertight joints between it and walls. The floor (5) is assembled underwater between the vertical tunnel walls (2) and comprises primary and secondary sections with sealing joint strips between them and fixed together by girders (11) with profiled sealing strips (8). The beams are fixed to the tunnel walls, and the watertight joints are formed by injected pockets of gravel, after which the tunnel is pumped dry. FL.
