PURPOSE:To permit securing a high heat exchange rate by a method wherein the flow path of a heat medium is formed by a part of a rotary blade and the heat medium is flowed in a high speed. CONSTITUTION:The heat medium A, existing at the outside of a rotary shaft 4, is introduced into a multitude of flow paths 19 for the heat medium A by the rotary blade 17 into the direction opposing to the flow direction of the heat medium B, and is sent forcibly to a backward direction under contacting with a heat medium pipe 15 exposed by tubular fins 18 on the way thereof. In case of assuming the heat medium A as a low temperature side and the heat medium B as a high temperature side, the heat of the heat medium B is moved to respective tubular fins 18 through respective heat medium pipes 15, and a high heat exchange operation is effected between the heat medium A which is to be fed forcibly. |
