<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a valve mechanism by providing a thin plate having a pair of vibration valves as a selector valve and providing valve seat members in positions with which said vibration valves are brought into contact and separated from at the time of vibrating. CONSTITUTION:Vibration valves 3a, 3b of a reciprocating pump are formed on a thin plate 3 being cut nearly in an OMEGA-form. A valve seat member 4 on which a suction port 4a and a discharge port 4b are formed is housed in a cylinder 2, and the thin plate 3 which is interposed in between the valve seat members 4 and 5 from up and down in an integrated form, is fixed to the cylinder 2. Thereby, the valve mechanism is simplified, reducing a compression volume and increasing a compression ratio.</p> |
