<p>1. A star feeder sluice for locking bulk material into and out of feeder systems, with different pressure levels being required to be maintained between the inlet side (2) and the outlet side (3) of the star feeder sluice, characterized in that the circumference of the star feeder (1), with the exception of the applying and discharging areas (2/3) for the bulk material, are sealed by two circumferentially drivable sealing bands (4/5) respectively carried at least by two band drums (6/7, 6'/7'), with the band speed of the sealing bands being identical with the circumferential speed of the star feeder (1), that a shaped member (10) enclosingly connected to the applying and discharging shaft (11) is introduced into at least one of the free spaced formed in the applying and discharging areas (2/3), i.e. formed between the periphery of the side walls of the star feeder (1), and the two sealing bands (4/5) guided over the facing drum bands (6/6' and 7/7').</p> |
