<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a diode for interference, and to remove a voltage drop due to the diode by forming a gap to two side legs to which primary winding is fitted in a closed magnetic circuit iron core consisting of a central leg and the two side legs. CONSTITUTION:With the iron core 4, a common magnetic path 401 is formed at a central section, and a secondary coil 3 is wound on the path. Leg magnetic paths 402a, 402b each have the gaps 5a, 5b, and primary coils 2a, 2b are wound on these leg magnetic paths. One ends of these coils 2a, 2b are connected to ground through interrupting mechanisms 6a, 6b, and the other ends are connected to the plus side of a power supply 1. On the other hand, both ends 301, 302 of the coil 3 are each grounded through diodes 9, 10 and 11, 12 and ignition plugs 13, 14 and 15, 16. According to such constitution, when high voltage is induced in the coil 3, voltage is not induced in the primary coils, and the output of the coil 3 is not lowered. The voltage drop due to the diode for preventing interference is eliminated because the diode is not used at the primary coil side.</p> |
