PURPOSE:To continuously and effectively form a negative frictional forcerelieving layer of a given thickness on the periphery of a foundation pile by gravitationally flowing down a liquid negative frictional force-relieving agent at a given flow rate from a constant-speed transverse feeding nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A negative frictional force-relieving agent in a liquid tank 12 is pumped up to a hopper 16 through a suction pipe 24, a pump 21, and a supply tube 25. A foundation pile 1 is placed on support rollers 4 and 5 and turned by a motor 6, a truck 9 is run at a fixed speed from left to right side by a running motor 11, and a nozzle 26 is opened to flow down a liquid negative frictional force-relieving agent in a curtain form at a constant flow rate in such a way that the negative frictional force-relieving agent is coated on the foundation pile 1. The coating thickness of the agent on the foundation pile 1 can be freely adjusted by varying the opening area of the nozzle 26, the turning speed of the foundation pile 1, and the running speed of the truck 9. |
