PURPOSE:To avoid the damage of both an object to be cut and a cutter and to perform the satisfactory numberical control, by monitoring the delay angle of a cutter axis and reducing the shifting speed of X and Y axes to set the shifting speed at the original level. CONSTITUTION:For a computer 3 and the dotted line part 100 of an operator 5 for cutter axis, a register 8 sets through the computer 3 the delay detection value which does not exceed an error allowance range of the cutter axis. Then a short segment of line is continuously cut at a high speed to proceed the next segment of line before the contents of a register 10 is set at 0. The rotational angle of the cutter axis to the next segment of line which is given from the computer 3 is added to the register 10. Then the deceleration signal is produced from a comparator 9 when the contents of the register 10 become larger than those of the register 8. The deceleration signal is turned off when the contents of the register 10 become smaller than those of the register 8. Thus the shifting speed of the X and Y axes is set at its original level. |
