PURPOSE:To simplify the construction and to increase the output, by fitting a magnetic substance member having high permeability and provided with an opening to one end of a cylindrical magnetic substance with coils, and inducing a coil voltage with the magnetic flux component directing from the circumference of the opening to the center axis of the hollow. CONSTITUTION:A fulcrum of movement for a cantilever 13 of movng part having coils 26a-26d is arranged on a center axis P of a hollow 12 of a cylindrical magnetic substance 11 formed with poles to the axis center P. A magnetic substance member 32 having high permeability and provided with an opening corresponding to the hollow 12 is fitted to one end of the member 11 located at the side with the coils 26a-26d, and a voltage is induced to the coils 26a-26d with the magnetic flux component directing from the circumference of the opening to the center axis P of the hollow part 12. The magnetic flux component in parallel with the direction orthogonal to the center axis P is increased to the specified part of the coils 26a-26d and the generating efficiency with the cylindrical magnetic substance 11 and the coils can be improved. |
