PURPOSE:To set a high level of an output to an arbitrary value lower than a power supply voltage without adding external power supplies, by connecting two specific FETs between an output point of a switching element and a power supply with a specific method. CONSTITUTION:A series circuit between a switching element QS and the depletion type 1st FETQL the gate and source of which is connected to the output point, the enhancement type 2nd FETQE inserted between the series circuit and a power supply terminal VDD, and a means applying a prescribed voltage to the gate of the 2nd FETQE are provided. For example, N-channel MISFETs are used for the respective elements, the output voltage limit element QE and a switch element QS are used by enhancement type and the load element QL is used by depletion type MISFET, and the elements QS, QL and QE are connected as shown in a figure, to constitute the titled switching circuit. |
