PURPOSE:To decrease the effect of a ghost signal component and other noise components, by controlling an oscillator with a burst signal in assuming as a reference phase signal. CONSTITUTION:A burst signal is detected from a video signal from an input terminal IN at a band pass filter 31 and a detector 32 and applied to a switch circuit 35. A signal of the synchronizing signal part through a synchronizing separation circuit 33 and a pulse stretcher circuit 34 is inputted to the switch circuit 35 and a detected output of the burst signal only is outputted from the switch circuit 35. This output is inputted to a phase detector 37 and an AFC loop consisting of the phase detector 37, a low pass filter 38, a voltage controlled oscillator 39 and a frequency divider 40 is controlled with this output. |
