PURPOSE:To increase the safety of a system having plural power supply devices and a CPU, by securing interlocking among plural power supply devices. CONSTITUTION:An amplifier 1 forms a cmparator which compares the reference value delivered from a reference voltage producing part 2 with the voltage value to be monitored and delivered from a terminal 13. The output of the amplifier 1 is branched to two circuits. One of these branched outputs is fed to an external terminal 15 via a resistance 3 and then a transistor TR10 to turn on and off the TR10 via the connection of the base of the TR10. With connection of a diode 8, the diode 8 conducts when the output of the amplifier 1 is set at a high level. Thus the logic is decided so that the external monitor signal fed through a terminal 14 has the response when the voltage is set at a low level. In such way, the interlocking is obtained continuously among the power supply devices. |
