发明名称 Isoelectric sepn of ampholytes in gelstabilised layers
摘要 <p>Separation of enzymes, protein hormones and proteins takes place by isoelectric fractionation of ampholytes where pH-gradient is stabilised by an inert gel and separation of the ampholytes in the gel layer is based on isoelectric point differences. Pref. trough which can be cooled is used as separating vessel, and filled to 20mm layer with mixture of inert gel and carrier ampholyte. Pref. electrode vessel used are in contact with gel layer over the whole width of the trough. Pref. material to be separated is mixed as a soln with the carrier gel and charged to centre of trough as a highly fluid suspension. Contact between the electrode vessels and the gel layer is pref. set up by a filter-paper strip placed in a dialyser tube.</p>
