PURPOSE:To obtain a new food material, by grinding krills, and foaming and emulsifying the ground krills. CONSTITUTION:A vegetable oil or animal fat or oil and fat are added to unpulverized or pulverized and stirred principal constituent of krills and egg white and yolk contained in eggs held by the krills, and the resultant mixture is then ground to foam and emulsify the krills and give the aimed food material. An emulsion stabilizer is added thereto and stirred, and edible vinegar is added to emulsify and stabilize the mixture, or frozen and packaged to prepare a food material, seasoning and deodorizing material. |
