PURPOSE:To obtain a ground fish meat-like material, by mixing common salt with a cuttlefish muscular paste obtained by pressing, crushing and beating the muscular part of the cuttlefish after removing the epidermis and entrails of the cuttlefish. CONSTITUTION:The entrails and epidermis of a cuttlefish are completely removed, fully washed with water and all the muscles in the fins, body and arms are crushed to give a cuttlefish muscular paste of rough structure. 1-9pts.wt. common salt is then added to 100pts.wt. resultant paste, and the mixture is kneaded thoroughly and heated at 80-100 deg.C to give the aimed food of cuttlefish gel. |
