PURPOSE:To always maintain a favorable burning condition for an incinerator, by controlling the forced rate of the primary combustion air by detecting the open/close condition of a loading port for combustible material, the temperature in the primary combustion chamber, the steam pressure in a boiler, and the like, and by controlling the forced rate of the secondary combustion air by detecting the oxygen density in exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION:The inside of an incinerator is divided into two chambers by a partition wall, and the primary combustion chamber 1 and the secondary combustion chamber 2 are located in front and in the back positions, above which a boiler 3 to recover heat is located. In this case, a detector V to detect the steam pressure or the temperature in hot water is provided to the boiler 3, together with an oxygen concentration detector D, to a smoke chamber located in the above part of the secondary combustion chamber 2, and a limit switch L to detect the open/close action of a loading port 7 for combustible material, respectively. The operating motors M1 and M2 for the primary and the secondary air forcing dampers 5a and 5b are controlled by the outputs from the above-mentioned detectors by the intermediary of the primary and the secondary combustion controllers 9 and 10. Further, an operating motor M3 for the damper 6a of an induced fan 6 is controlled by an equilibrium controller 8, so as to become an inducement for arbitrarily setting the ratio of a forced air-flow rate to an induced air-flow rate. |
