发明名称 CONTROL METHOD FOR COOLING CYCLE
摘要 PURPOSE:To save the consumption of power of a compressor and to reduce noises by a method wherein the temperature of air just leaving an evaporator and the temperature inside a vehicle or the temperature of sucked air are detected so that the capacity of the compressor is controlled gradually in proportion to the detected temperature signals and the compressor is started and stopped accordingly. CONSTITUTION:A vehicle air conditioner is provided with the evaporator 5 and a blower 8 within a vent casing 11. The evaporator 5 is connected to the compressor 12 (driven by an engine through an electromagnetic clutch 13) and a condenser 2 by means of pipes to thereby constitute a cooling cycle. The compressor 12 is incorporated with a capacity varying member 18 which is adopted to vary the discharge capacity of the compressor and which is driven by an electromagnetic valve 16 through a control circuit 15. In this case, the control circuit 15 receives as inputs the output of a cold air temperature detecting thermister 14 and that of a thermister 19 for detecting the temperature inside the vehicle and controls the compressor 12 in such a manner that when, for example, the temperature inside the vehicle is higher than a predetermined value, the discharge capacity of the compressor 12 is made large and the operation of the compressor 12 is switched from the large capacity operation to a standstill in proportion to the temperature of cold air.
