CONSTITUTION:When at least 2 or more store parts 11-14 of an image pickup element such as a frame transfer type CCD, etc. are constituted of cascade, picture image information of the number of sheets corresponding to the number of provided store parts can be stored in a short time. In this way, when the store part having the image pickup element and a buffer memory function are constituted on the same chip, it is unnecessary to particularly add an external buffer memory, and also it becomes possible to write in a main digital memory at an optional speed. |
