PURPOSE:To perform operation readily and to enhance the strength of the entire machine, by attaching a handle side turning member to a member which links a transmission case and a rotary case and lowering the attaching position of an attaching handle. CONSTITUTION:A structure, wherein the transmission case 2 and the rotary case 3 are linked is adopted. The handle side turning member 8 is attached to the linking member 4 thereof under the state the member 8 is inserted between both cases 2 and 3. In this constitution, the attaching position can be lowered, the entire body can be lowered, the position of the center of gravity is lowered, and working and running operation can be excellently performed by utilizing the weight of the body to the utmost. Since the transmission case 2 and the rotary case 3 are linked by the linking member 4, both cases 2 and 3 are mutually reinforced and the strength of the entire machine can be enhanced. |
