PURPOSE:To suppress the area for installation of device and reduce the equipment cost by furnishing tray support pawls at a stationary and a movable frame in such an arrangement as oriented vertically and in a plurality of steps, and allowing the pawls to escape when the movable frame moves up or down and to return automatically. CONSTITUTION:A robot hand 41 pushes down a movable frame 20 for one pitch. At this time, a pawl 21 of the frame 20 is pushed by a tray 30 and escapes, and after passage of the set position of the tray 30, returns automatically to support the tray 30. If then the hand 41 is raised and tray 30 is lifted by a compression spring 22 together with the frame 20, a pawl 11 of a stationary frame 10 is pushed by the rising tray 30 to escape, and after passage of the tray 30, returns automatically to support the tray 30 together with the above-mentioned pawl 21. Thus the tray 30 is sent forward to the position of tray 32 at the set level, which should suppress the area for installation to lead to saving of the equipment cost to a great extent. |
