<p>PURPOSE:To perform a stable feed of liquefied gas to a storage tank, by supplying liquid to the storage tank in accordance with a level of liquid in no connection to internal pressure of the tank. CONSTITUTION:An internal pressure regulating valve 6 of a tank is set in accordance with a prescribed drip amount, and a pressure regulating valve 13 is set in such a manner that internal pressure of a liquefied gas original tank 11 is higher than internal pressure of a storage tank 1 determined by the setting of the valve 6, then the storage tank 1 and the original tank 11 are connected. In this way, liqiefied inert gas flows into the storage tank 1 by pressure of the original tank 11. If a liquid level in the tank 1 reaches prescribed height, a float valve 9 stops an inflow of liquefied gas, thereafter the liquid level is maintained in no connection to a change of internal pressure in the storage tank 1, lower than internal pressure of the original tank 11, and the liquefied gas of meetable amount to a consumption quantity can be automatically supplied through a drip nozzle 4.</p> |
