PURPOSE:To obtain a lubricant composition for safely assembling a rim free from not only dropping and drying of the applied lubricant for assembling of a rim even when the assembling of the rim takes a long period of time but also inhibiting occurrence of rust. CONSTITUTION:A lubricant composition comprising 100pts.wt. silicone oil and 0.5-15pts.wt. finely divided silica incorporated therein. Dimethylpolysiloxane and modified silicone oil obtd. therefrom are preferable as the silicone oil. The viscosity of the silicone oil is preferably 20-3000cst at 25 deg.C. |
