The invention relates to a method and an arrangement for conveying bulk material to the desired height and in the desired direction by means of a tubular, endless belt. The bulk material is filled into a normal tubular, flexible, endless belt which is opened at a charging point, after which the bulk material which is conveyed by the tubular belt to a discharging point is emptied from the opened belt at the discharging point. The belt is supported by support frames arranged at a given mutual spacing along the belt, which bear support rollers arranged tangentially around the belt in contact therewith. The support frames can be arranged in pairs, each pair comprising first and second support frames, and the support rollers on the two frames are arranged alternately relative to one another around the belt in order to support the tubular belt exactly. <IMAGE> |
