The soil compn. having good condition of moisture retaining ability and growth of microoganism, was prepd. (1)>1 vegetable fibers such as rice hull and saw dust were cut and mixed with N-fertilizer enzyme or by-product of fermentation liq. of aminoic acid, (2) >1 clay ore, brown coal, peat, or lime stone were crushed in 5 mesh, (3) compn.(1) and (2) were mixed(3-37: 63-97) and fermented at the condition of 10-65% water, 15-95≦̸C, (4) high porous ores were crushed in 8-500 mesh, and (5) compn. (3) and (4) were mixed at the ratio of 90-45:10-55 and small amount of N,P,K fertilizer, MgO, B, Fe2O3 were added and extruded to obtain the agricultural soil.
