The pump-valve feeds liquid to a container under a pressure slightly above atmospheric. Around the manual operating rod (1) of the pump (3) piston (2) is a valve (9). This seals against losses out, but permits feeding in to the receiver (4). The pump body (5) base is joined to a pipe (6) feeding liq. At its top is a collar (7) fitting in a dome (8) to fix in a sealed manner on the receiver (4). In its centre is a hole (13) for the rod. A joint (9) is compressed by the dome around the rod and remains compressible by internal fluid.
