PURPOSE:To obtain the titled apparatus capable of preventing as burn marks from being formed even through molding conditions are changed, by releasing gases outside through a specified degassing material positioned along a parting line of molds. CONSTITUTION:A recess 7 having a rectangular shape in cross section is formed at a corner of a core mold 3 and along the parting line of the core mold 3 and a core matrix 4, and a porous sintered metal piece 8 is contained in the recess 7. A molten resin is injected from an injection molder into a space 9 of a mold 1 as shown by an arrow A, and the air and gases in the space 9 are breathed outside as shown by an arrow B through the metal piece 8 and a space 10. |
