This adjustment apparatus is devised to be capable of reporting acoustically operation method and a change of receiving channel. The sound synthesizer(B) transforms the data of a speech data memory(C) into sound analoy signal in accordance with the control signal of a micom(A), and at the same time, the signal of the synthesizer(B) and the sound signal of a TV can be selected in case of an automatic change of receiving channel.
