PURPOSE:To obtain the titled apparatus that can exclude the slackening of a film that is formed by the residual stress produced in a drawing step, by providing heat generating bodies at specified positions for irradiating the slackened parts of the film. CONSTITUTION:A bulb 3 that has been extruded from an extruder 1 via a die 2, and has been cooled in coolers 2a, 2b is guided by a pair of stabilizing plates 10 to fold it. The heat generating bodies 18 are situated in the way of travel of the inflation film from the positions including the stabilizing plates 10 to the position where a wind-up roll 9 is situated, so the slackened parts of the film irradiated and heated. The slackening of the film can be eliminated using the shrinking action caused by the heat. |
