CONSTITUTION:On an amorphous single crystal insulating substrate 11 such as glass, an exciting cross finger electrode 12 and a reception cross finger electrode 13 are formed and a piezoelectric substance film 14, an insulating thin film 15 and a semiconductor thin film 16 are formed on the substrate 11. Electrodes 17 and 18 are formed on the thin film 16.
