<p>The hanger is used to suspend paint brushes with their bristles dipped in paint, being used during a painting or pasting operation requiring the intermittent use of two or more brushes. It is mounted vertically on a paint-container with a rim of a square or a rectangular section, using a vertical slot (3) opening out on the bottom edge to engage one part of the rim, and using a hook formation (4) with an internal opening (5) to engage a second part. It is fitted with several hooks (2) from which brushes can be suspended. An assymetric 'U'formation (5,7) with the longer leg inside may incorporate the slot and may have a break (8), the hook also being incorporated (10,11).</p> |
