The invention relates to a dice-like toy, consisting of a body having at least four outer faces, the body being subdivided at least once into planes running parallel to the outer faces so that discs are formed which have an end part at each corner, at least one side part between the end parts, and a central part in the centre between the end and side parts, the end parts, the side parts and the central parts of all the discs being of identical construction in each case, and the fastening of the individual parts to one another being constructed in such a way that the discs are rotatable relative to the remaining body in each case in their plane about an axis running perpendicularly through their centre point. It is proposed in such a dice-like toy to provide between each disc and the remainder of the body two tongue and groove systems which engage in one another in a dovetail manner and are concentrical to the axis of rotation, the outer system being arranged between the end parts of the discs and the adjacent front faces of the side parts of the remaining body, and the inner system being arranged between the side parts of the disc and the adjacent side faces of the central parts of the remaining body. It is possible by means of the invention to produce dice-like bodies for toys irrespective of the number of outer faces without losing the mutual fit of the individual parts.
