ELECTROMAGNETIC FUEL INJECTION DEVICE

PURPOSE:To permit supplying a proper amount of fuel by a method wherein at least one of a plunger fixing a valve opening and closing the path of fuel or a core forming magnetic flux is made by a stainless stell having the construction of ferrite and the driving current of the plunger is regulated in two steps. CONSTITUTION:The plunger 25 is opposing to the left end of the core 20 through a spring 24 accommodated in the core 20 while the right side surface of a flange formed on a rod 26 is opposing to an U-shaped stopper 30 through a small gap d. The core 20 and the plunger 25 are made of the stainless steel having the construction of ferrite and when a current is flowed through an exciting coil, the driving current becomes a peak current H and it is reduced to a holding current h after t1 hours. According to this method, the opening time of a ball valve 27 may be secured and the accuracy of fuel supplying may be improved remarkably.
