发明名称 ULTRASONIC WAVE INTERFACE MEASURING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve measuring accuracy, by arranging an ultrasonic wave transducer on a float which is floated on a solvent, and judging the interface level based on the time difference between the transmitted wave from said transducer and the reflected wave. CONSTITUTION:When a pulse voltage is sent from an ultrasonic wave generating power source 22, the utrasonic wave transducer 21 radiates an ultrasonic wave signal. Said ultrasonic wave signal is reflected by the lower surface of a float 20, the interface 9 between a solvent layer 4 and a solvent layer 5, and the upper surface of the bottom plate of a solvent extracting tank 1, and received by the transducer 21 as the reflected waves PF, PO and PA. The ultrasonic wave transducer 21 generates a pulse shaped electric output every time it receives the reflected wave. Said outputs are amplified by an amplifier 24, and thereafter guided to a waveform discriminator 25, which generates output signals PO, PA and the like. The interface level is judged based on the time difference between the arrival times of the output signals PO and PA and displayed on a display device 26. In this way the judging accuracy of the interface level is improved to a large extent.
