PURPOSE:To improve durability of blades for damage by a method wherein blades are made of ceramics and both the front and rear corners of each blade with respect to its running direction are rounded in a specified radius of curvature. CONSTITUTION:The blade of a feed pump is made of ceramic material, and the front 23 and rear 24 corners of the blade 18 with respect to its running direction on the side confronting the inside wall of the pumping chamber 22 are rounded in a radius of curvature of 0.3mm. or more, preferably of 0.5mm. or more. |
