The invention relates to an installation for recovering hydrocarbon products from used oils or the like by mechanical/thermal reprocessing, in particular by distillation and/or rectification. The installation consists of equipment items such as evaporators, a condensation column, heating and cooling elements, heat exchangers, pumps, filters etc. The items are combined in a small, especially transportable functional unit, which preferably is designed to be mobile. In particular, the evaporator is heated electrically, either inductively or by resistance elements. The required electrical energy is taken either from the local mains or, with particular advantage, is produced by a diesel generator which is rigidly joined to the functional unit. Its waste heat is advantageously used for preheating the used oil. <IMAGE> |
