The refuse-collecting-tank arrangement comprises two refuse-collecting tanks (2 and 3) which are arranged one behind the other, in front of and behind a refuse-receiving means (1), and the mutually opposite push-in openings (4 and 5) of which open into the trough-shaped refuse-receiving means (1) on the end side. In the refuse-receiving means (1) there is arranged a push-in member (12) which transversely subdivides said receiving means and pushes refuse passing onto its front side (13) into the refuse-collecting tank (3) during the forwards displacement and pushes refuse passing onto its rear side (14) into the refuse-collecting tank (2) during the rearwards displacement. <IMAGE>
