PURPOSE:To enable to perform a better installation, by a method wherein, in a subject water collecting gutter at a time when a large-scale underground tank is built, a filter material having a continuous porposity is wrapped in a permeable inner cushion material and an impermeable outer cushion material. CONSTITUTION:A fibrous inner cushion material 3, having flexibility and being excellent in permeability, is placed in a longitudinal direction, a filter material 4, having rigidity and a continuous porosity with pores formed at wide gaps, is formed on the surface of the cushion material 3, and an outer cushion material 5, having an impermeable sheet 6 monolithically formed on the surface thereof and the same quality as that of the inner cushion material, is formed on the surface of the filter material 4 to form a water collecting gutter A. In the installation, the inner cushion material 3 side is brought into contact with surface parts of two sheathing walls 2 so that a joint part 2a is located at the middle, concrete nails 8 are driven from the surface side to install the water collecting gutter A. |
