PURPOSE:To enable to simply change interlock by only changing a pattern by a method wherein starting and stopping of a beam collecting section, a heat collecting section and a turbine electric power generating section are automized independently and respectively. CONSTITUTION:In the electric power generating system consisting of systems capable of being operated respectively and independently, each systems are provided with the pattern of the system incapable of being operated simultaneously. When an operating instruction is despatched from an operator to the (n) system, the pattern incapable of being operated which is given to the (n) system is compared with the pattern of the present operating system and a plant condition for starting the operation of the (n) system is checked by a condition wherein the system given by the pattern of the system incapable of being operated is not being operated, whereby the starting condition of the operation of the (n) system is allowed at first in case said condition is satisfied. |
