Micromanipulator

摘要

The micromanipulator contains an RF assembly having a microinstrument (1), and an AF assembly which transmits a movement to this microinstrument in the direction of the object being investigated, and contains supply parts (6 and 7) for the radio-frequency and audio-frequency assemblies. The RF assembly consists of an RF piezo transducer (3) which is attached to one end of a holder (2) to whose other end the microinstrument (1) is attached. The AF assembly consists of a bimorphous piezo laminate (4) whose ends are rigidly mounted in a pin (mandrel) (5). Its centre part touches the RF transducer.
