In the mixing stage, a four-terminal network is connected between the mixer and the intermediate-frequency filter, the input impedance of which four-terminal network is reciprocal to the input impedance of the intermediate-frequency filter and the output impedance of which network matches the real input impedance of the intermediate-frequency filter.
