PURPOSE:To obtain superior capacity of heat exchange by producing extremely turbulent flows in exhaust air currents through a blower impeller for promotion of heat transfer from gas. CONSTITUTION:Many turbulent flow rings 7 and/or nets are provided at the inlet having a radius ri and the outlet having a radius ro of the impeller. High-speed revolution of the impeller inside the casing removes thermal boundary layers which are formed on the inside surfaces of the wall 8 by many blades 11, 12. In addition, convective heat transfer ratio on the wall surfaces 8 excels by far normal heat exchangers under identical mean air velocity owing to violently turbulent flows accompanied with the air blowing. |
