PURPOSE:To obtain the long-sized photosensor array having high resolution by drawing out separate electrode in the same order of each block by a film lead when a manuscript is lit up from a lower section and reflected light is received by the row of the islands of photoconductors. CONSTITUTION:Light shielding films 14 in Cr are evaporated to a transparent glass plate 13, a window 15 is bored, and the surface is coated with a transparent glass film 16. The islands 19 of the photoconductors to which CdS and CdSe to which Cu is added are laminated are formed, and spaces with the window 15 are made one tenth or shorter of the spaces of the islands. The whole is activated at approximately 500 deg.C in an inert gas, and NiCr-Au is shaped to the partial surfaces exposed of the islands 19 while using a common electrode 18 and the separate electrode 17 as masks. The film lead 20 is mounted at a predetermined position, the second common electrode 22 and the L-shaped separate electrode 17 are thermocompression-bonded at every block through an opening 21 and matrix-wired, a sheet glass 26 is bonded 25, and a transparent protective layer with thickness smaller than the spaces of the islands 19 is formed. A base 23 is attached for reinforcing the substrate and taking materials, a groove 24 for introducing light is shaped and the array is completed. |
