PURPOSE:To improve positioning accuracy of two members in the radial direction, when the two members of round shape, provided with protruding parts respectively in the periphery, are secured as an integral unit with screw tightening of the protruding parts to each other, by performing positioning of the two members at three points, chucking and screw tightening. CONSTITUTION:Two members 1, 5 of round shape are piled together, under a condition mutually mated with each peripheral protruding part 2, 6, and placed on a base 18 by lifting action of a holding member 26. Adaptor pins 29 are provided in two places to adapt point ends 27, 28 to the peripheral edge of the two members in the base 18, and adapted to a side edge, not shown in the drawing, of said protruding parts 2, 6 of the two members, further a stopper also used as a chuck, pressing and fixing the two members to the base 18, is arranged. While a radial side edge of the protruding parts 2, 6 in the two members is resiliently pressed by resiliently pressing devices 42, 43 provided in a machine bed 22. Under this condition, the protruding parts 2, 6 of the two members 1, 5 are tightened by a screw 9 with a screw tightening machine 15 and secured as an integral unit. |
