(I), their salts and medicaments contg. them where A is S or -CH=CH-, R1 is halogen, CF3 or Me, R2 is halogen while R1 or R2 may be H, R3 is H or Me, R5 is 1-5C alkylene, m and n are 0 or 1 and m + n is 1 or 2 R5 is 1-6C-alkylene opt. substd. by phenyl, Y is 5 or 6-membered cyclic hydrocarbyl residue or Y-N(R6 or R7) is a mono- or bi-cyclic heterocyclic ring of up to 10 ring atoms and opt. contg.
