PURPOSE:To prevent unusual combustion at the time of a variation of thermal balance, by eliminating a disturbance of a response system resulting from difference of a time constant for each of control systems, in a combustion controller for an industrial combustion furnace. CONSTITUTION:A relay contact point 12 is provided at an output value of an oxygen control arithmetic unit 2. This is acted by a relay which acts at values of more than fixed upper and lower limits from a deviation alarm meter 13 of a temperature adjusting meter 1. The relay contact points 12 is on a side (a) under normal combustion state, which is switched to a side (b) when a deviation is large. Feedback of 50% of an integral reset value is made so that integral reset value of the oxygen control arithmetic unit 2 is not saturated while the relay contact point 12 is being switched to the side (b). With this, unusual combustion at the time of a variation of thermal balance can be prevented from occuring. |
