<p>An auxiliary locking mechanism for a bag or a case especially an attache case, a cupboard etc. having a rigid body and lid for opening and closing the body. The auxiliary locking mechanism provided restricts or limits the opening of the lid at a position particularly when the case is vertical so as to prevent spilling of articles contained in the case due to inadvertent opening of the lid. However, the auxiliary locking mechanism releases the lid when the case is in the horizontal position to allow the lid to open completely.</p> |
