SEALING METHOD OF SAMPLE FOR MICROSCOPE

PURPOSE:To prevent a sample part on a preparation from mixing with air bubbles by arranging a pressing means projected ahead from the adsorbing surface of a means for adsorbing a cover glass close to the adsorbing means to incline the cover glass with the adsorbing means and hold and press a sample by the pressing means. CONSTITUTION:A dyed and moistened sample 6 is put on a slid glass 3 and a sealer 5 is dropped on one end of the glass 3. One end of a cover glass 4 is held by sucking air inside an adsorbing pat 102 with a vacuum pump through a pipe body 103 and the other end is pressed by a pressing means, so that the cover glass 4 is inclined and held. Subsequently an adsorbing and holding part 1 is brought down in the direction of an arrow B while being adsrobing the cover glass so as to incline it to press the sealer 5. The cover glass 4 is pressed by a pressing body 105 and bent in the direction of an arrow C and the sealer 5 is extruded to the sample 6 in accordance with the coming down of the holding part 1, so that the preparation is prepared.
