PURPOSE:To prevent sealing material from the influence of freezing or surge pressure by providing rings to be separated from bearings and the sealing material. CONSTITUTION:An input shaft 4 and a driven shaft 5 are supported in a case 2 via bearings 3 and 3' to be rotatable, and gears 6 and 7 are fast fixed on these shafts 4 and 5. Meanwhile, oil seals 8 are provided inside bearings 3 and 3', and an oil seal 9 is provided outside the bearing 3. Gaps between oil seals 8 and 9 and bearings 3 and 3' are respectively filled with grease. Both shafts 4 and 5 are equipped with rings 10 and 11 to be separated from bearings 3 and 3' and oil seals 8 and 9. Consequently, the water to enter the case 2 is perfectly intercepted by the ring 11, and the pressure oil caused to flow in from side ends of gears 6 and 7 by the generation of surge pressure is perfectly intercepted by a ring 10. |
