<p>Disclosed is a system for automatic control) distribution and conveyance of food pellets from one or more food supply silos to fish staying within one or more pools or tanks. The system includes a control unit adapted to selectively actuate any one of the supply silos. A belt conveyor carries the food from the actuated supply silo to a sieve for removal of crossed pellets and dust. A belt conveyor carries the food onto an integral weighing device for measuring the amount of food being passed. The control unit receives information from the associated weighing device for determination and guiding of proper amounts of food for the appropriate tank. A belt conveyor carries the food to a hopper opening into an injector or a pump having its outlet in communication with a selector valve connectable to each of a plurality of conduits conveying food to a spreader in each tank. An electrically operated index device is operatively connected to the control unit and is adapted for moving the selector valve to the correct position for delivery of food to the appropriate tank. Metering devices measure specific weight and temperature of the water within the tanks and are coupled to the control unit, the control unit being adapted to determine the oxygen in the water based on the measurement of the specific weight and temperature, the determination being utilized for automatic calculation of the amount of food required for each tank.</p>
